Most organizations have already been sold AI. Very few have been shown where it belongs in their own operation.
We started Roamyai after watching capable teams spend real budget on pilots that never reached anyone's daily work. The failure was almost never the model. It was the absence of an honest diagnosis, an owner, and a definition of what success would look like in the numbers.
So we work in the opposite order. Understand the operation first. Quantify the opportunity. Build only what justifies itself. Hand it over with the documentation and training that lets your team run it without us.
